It isn’t hard to initiate a return for a purchase you’ve made from us. In fact, it’s quite easy, go to out Returns page where you will find a step-by-step process to enable fast returns. You’re allowed to return any purchase you made online to our physical store without extra charges. You can also send the purchase to out Returns Centre for a small fee that we will deduct from the refund we were to give you.
Returns should be made 14 days from the date of delivery and the package must still be unused, and new, and still in its original casing. We will only accept items you’ve used if there’s a defect on them from the manufacturer. If you purchase an item from the retail store, that is where you should return it for an exchange or refund.
If you purchase an item using PayPal, we can only facilitate processing at our Returns Center refunds will be sent directly to your PayPal account. Please not that we will not process refunds at the retail store. Exchanged are processed the same way as returns and you will be issued with a fresh order.
