For 12 months from the original date of purchase, Sami warrants that all footwear should be free of material defects or craft if bought from an approved dealer. Shoe warranty protects manufacturing defects and material but does not include unintended damage, negligence, neglect, improper use, natural color and material disintegration over time, or intensive use.

If any product is found defective after inspection by a warranty expert, the product is fixed or replaced by an actual comparable model at our discretion.  Samis shall not be held liable for the damages, loss or costs arising from the use of our goods.
