TRACKING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
Here is how you can track your order:
You will receive an order confirmation with a purchase ID number. Enter the ID number together with your postal code into the space for Track Your Order. You can find the form on the Customer Care Page. The details should appear clearly. In addition, you should see a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order.
If you have an account, sign in and check your order history. Click on the “Track Your Order” button on our site.
Once you order, you will get a confirmation email that has the tracking number. It will also contain a link to our sites “Track Your Order” page.
You will receive a delivery confirmation email once the delivery is confirmed. Here are some things to consider when tracking your order:
We can only deliver an item if it is available on our online site or in our stores. We may ship orders with multiple items separately from different locations to ensure you get your items fast.
Samis Shoes reserves the right to restrict the quantity of products. We also have the right to cancel any orders that may exceed certain limits without notice.
The delivery time for your order depends on the number of business days it will take to pick and process your order in addition to the transit time of our carrier. Transit and delivery times are different depending on your location. Business days are from Monday to Friday and aren’t inclusive of holidays.
